Our Guest Service Assistant Front of House will be responsible for providing a warm welcome for our guests with an efficient check in/ check out and everything in between. As Guest Service Assistant Front of House you will ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues work collaboratively safely at all times whilst delivering that exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. Fantastic organisation, communication, problem solving and being adaptable are attributes required in the role.
An eye for detail and for delivering memorable guest experiences for our guests make this a lovely role for someone who wants to have a real impact on our guest experience. The role is a hands-on role for someone who is flexible and would enjoy supporting in other areas as required to ensure a wonderful stay.
The Guest Service Assistant will ideally be experienced in Reception however if you have the drive and passion to develop, we will help you develop and grow developing skills and knowledge in Front Office, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping.
The role of Guest Service Assistant will report to the Guest Service Manager Front of House and is ideal for someone who has strong demonstratable experience in customer service. It is a perfect opportunity for someone who would like to take the next step in their career and have a commitment to development and training.
