In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety throughout our property. You will work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure every guest experiences an exceptional level of service and satisfaction. Your dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor will directly contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all our guests. Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and common spaces according to organizational protocols Inspect and change soiled linens daily, remake beds, and ensure all guest rooms are equipped with fresh linens and amenities per established standards Perform thorough room inspections before and after guest occupancy, reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly Handle and manage all departmental and room keys responsibly, ensuring security and accountability for all issued keys Implement and follow lost and found procedures with integrity, documenting all items according to company policy Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to guest satisfaction Coordinate efficiently with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely completion of assigned tasks Maintain organized records, registers, and documentation related to room status, key issuance, and guest communications Perform public area cleaning duties including dusting furniture and fixtures, vacuuming carpets, scrubbing and washing floors, and cleaning light fittings Report any malfunctioning equipment or safety hazards to the supervisor and ensure appropriate follow-up Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and coworkers at all times, embodying a supportive and inclusive attitude Adhere to all safety and security protocols, respecting guests' privacy and property at all times Report to work on time according to the posted schedule and maintain consistent attendance and reliability Qualifications **Required Skills and Competencies:** Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Excellent time management and organizational abilities Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Physical stamina and capability to perform manual cleaning tasks throughout the shift Reliability and punctuality in meeting work schedules Problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling challenging situations Customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approach Proficiency in handling cleaning equipment and materials safely Basic understanding of security and key management protocols **Preferred Experience:** Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or guest service roles Familiarity with hotel operations and guest satisfaction principles Experience working in a team-oriented environment Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in hospitality settings **Education and Certifications:** High school diploma or equivalent preferred Hospitality or housekeeping training certification is a plus Any relevant safety or sanitation certifications are advantageous **Domain Expertise:** Understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices Knowledge of guest service principles and expectations Familiarity with property maintenance and cleaning protocols Job-Category: Rooms Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
