Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping to join our team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our hotel. Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests and concerns Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols Assist in training new team members on housekeeping procedures Participate in regular quality inspections to maintain service standards Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel Contribute to the overall guest experience through exceptional service and attention to detail Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with a guest-centric approach Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across departments Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures Experience with property management systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus Basic computer skills for managing schedules and reports Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction Knowledge of the hospitality industry and current cleaning standards is preferred
