KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas as per hotel SOPs and brand standards. * Replace linens, towels, guest supplies, and room amenities. * Ensure all rooms are maintained in a neat, hygienic, and presentable condition. * Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor immediately. * Follow daily room assignment sheets and complete tasks within the required time. * Maintain proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery. * Ensure compliance with hotel safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. * Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times. * Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering departments whenever required. * Attend departmental briefings and training sessions regularly. * Follow grooming and attendance standards as per hotel policy. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning methods. * Ability to work in shifts and under pressure. * Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail. * Positive guest service approach. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION * Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass or Hotel Management background preferred. EXPERIENCE * Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in Housekeeping operations in hotels.
