KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. ROOM CLEANING & UPKEEP * Clean and service guest rooms as per brand standards * Change bed linen, replenish amenities, and ensure room readiness * Ensure bathrooms, fixtures, and fittings are clean and functional 2. PUBLIC AREA MAINTENANCE * Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, and public areas * Ensure proper disposal of waste and upkeep of surroundings 3. GUEST SERVICE * Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping-related queries * Ensure courteous and professional interaction with guests * Report any guest complaints to the supervisor 4. COORDINATION * Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status updates * Inform Engineering team about maintenance issues * Ensure timely room availability for arrivals 5. INVENTORY HANDLING * Maintain stock of cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities * Handle hotel property with care and report any damages 6. SAFETY & HYGIENE * Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards * Adhere to hotel policies and procedures * Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely   KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: * Basic knowledge of housekeeping operations * Attention to detail and cleanliness * Good communication skills * Ability to work in shifts and physically active role QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum 10th / 12th pass * Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping preferred
