Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Four Seasons Hotel Firenze we are looking for a passionate Finance Intern to provide administrative support within the division learning all aspects of the general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general cashiering in accordance with local and corporate policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Greet guests. Deliver luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist customers in inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Greet all guests passing through lobby and offer them assistance .
  • Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
  • Support the team with shoeshine service; picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest.
  • Provide a high level of cleanliness in the luggage storage room
  • Assist with other Front Office tasks when needed.
  • D evelop and present a project work to reinforce training.
