• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming patients and managing appointments.
• Provide dedicated support to patients, ensuring clear communication in Tagalog.
• Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and coordinate with clinical teams.
• Maintain patient records and ensure a smooth, positive experience.
