Perfect for someone with hotel experience and a interest in finance and admin, the role offers a salary of £26,517.60 per annum plus benefits. This is an exciting time to join the hotel as we're currently going through renovations and plan to rebrand in 2026. The role: You will be able and willing to turn your hand to all aspects of hotel life, always focussed on delivering a great experience for our guests and setting a great example for your colleagues as a senior member of the team and as Duty Manager You will be a friendly addition to the Reception team and help check-in, with reservations and day-to-day duties You'll be devising departmental rotas You'll be looking at finance and supporting with debtors, invoicing, reports etc A bit about you: Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, ideally within Accor-brand properties. 2 years hospitality management or supervisory experience is essential An eye for detail and a methodical mind, as you'll have a finance element to your role Guest service is a top priority for you. Collaboration is key in your work ethic. Networking and engaging with new faces is part of your skill set. Proficient in computers and adept at handling calls professionally. As an experienced hotelier you know that we're a 24/7 operation, so flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays should be expected. ibis Styles Birmingham Airport & NEC is a busy hotel welcoming conference delegates and world travellers and has a busy F&B and conferencing operations in addition to its guest accommodation. There's parking onsite and Birmingham International train station is just a few minutes walk away.
