We are Hiring Restaurant Manager – Premium Korean Restaurant in Dubai

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team at an upscale Korean dining destination located within a premium hotel near Dubai Airport.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure impeccable service standards.
• Lead, train, and inspire a diverse multinational team.
• Manage operational efficiency, drive revenue, and oversee P&L.
• Build strong relationships with local VIPs and hotel guests.
• Act as a cultural bridge, delivering an authentic premium Korean dining experience.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or AGM in an upscale/premium dining environment (UAE experience is essential).
• Strong hands-on leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of premium beverage/wine pairings and Asian hospitality (Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a big plus).
• Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.
