As our Guest Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and managing the team in all aspects of the Front Office and work along with them. Responsibilities
  • Together with your team, you will ensure our guests will have the most heartfelt service;
  • You will supervise the team of Front Office Agents and trainees; create a work environment that focusses on personal development, on encouraging and empowering each other and being successful by making others “shine”
  • You will be working closely with the housekeeping, maintenance and F&B department;
  • Welcoming and guiding guests, conference guests and group leaders;
  • Assist the daily operations on different departments;
  • Overseeing “Health and Safety” procedures & coordination of crises;
  • Handling complaints according to procedure.
