Requirements:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement
  • High level of communication
  • High level of grooming and personal presentation
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded
  • Previous experience with Micros is highly regarded
  • Legal working rights in Australi
Responsibilities
  • Food & Beverage Team Leader (Lennons Restaurant & Bar)
  • Bartender (for our Hibiscus Terrace and Pool Bar)
  • Food & Beverage Attendant (Lennons Restaurant)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times
  • Problem solve any guest complaints and escalate where required
  • To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
  • To perform opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered in
  • To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products and, to have the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, to upsell and cross-sell.
