As a Guest Service Officer - Telecommunication, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience once they arrive! Effectively manage all calls to the hotel as per the company's Brand Standards Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service To be constantly aware of the room situation and to strive to obtain maximum occupancy To attend to the hotel guests in all communication from inside and outside the hotel To be aware of the hotel's security, fire, and safety procedures Qualifications Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or Room Division 2 to 5 years' experience, depending on education and career background Languages: fluent in English and a 2nd language would be a plus Job-Category: Rooms Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
