Each apartment offers the comfort of home, featuring a living area, fully equipped kitchen, and modern bathroom. Beyond the apartments, guests can enjoy our stylish lobby, designed for both relaxation and productivity, as well as our gym and sauna facilities. It’s a place where guests can truly recharge, connect, and be inspired. The Job As a Guest Service Pro, no two days are the same. You start your day with the Front Office team, discussing arrivals and brainstorming personalized touches that will make guests feel special. Whether it’s arranging a birthday surprise, sourcing a favorite newspaper, or recommending hidden gems in the city, you’re always one step ahead. During morning shifts, you’ll also ensure our guests enjoy a welcoming and seamless breakfast experience. As one of the main points of contact throughout their stay, you’ll share your local expertise and help guests discover the very best of Amsterdam. Because many of our guests stay with us for an extended period, you’ll have the opportunity to build genuine connections and create a warm, home-away-from-home experience that they’ll remember long after they leave.
