Position: Guest Service Receptionist, (Casual Part-Time subject to business needs)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not essential; a friendly and welcoming attitude is a must!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for check-in/out procedures.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accurate information and a seamless experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Assist guests in navigating the hotel’s facilities and services, providing recommendations for local attractions and dining.
- Process reservations and room assignments with attention to detail and guest preferences.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their stay.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring all guest information is confidential and secure.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric attitude, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of guest service, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
