Position: Guest Service Receptionist, (Casual Part-Time subject to business needs)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not essential; a friendly and welcoming attitude is a must!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for check-in/out procedures.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accurate information and a seamless experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Assist guests in navigating the hotel’s facilities and services, providing recommendations for local attractions and dining.
  • Process reservations and room assignments with attention to detail and guest preferences.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their stay.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring all guest information is confidential and secure.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric attitude, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of operations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of guest service, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
