JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our hotel.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with guests over the phone.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel environment is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding service.
