The scoop:
- Enjoy vacation pay, stat pay, sick pay, extended health care, staff discounts, paid training, tip pool, retail commission.
- Enjoy service commission as well if you are additionally a certified Make Up Artist.
- Guest check in/check out at front desk, welcoming & farewell to Guests, rebooking future appointments, cash register for service, retail sales and closing retail sales, gift card sales, assisting guests with general inquires, some data entry. Working back of house - hosting Guests throughout their spa visit in our relaxation lounges and changerooms. Support daily operations with room, guest and technician flow, effective time management and team work.
- Advise Guests of current specials, offers and retail recommendations ~ Make retail sales and additionally earn retail commission.
- If you are also a Certified Makeup Artist, offer makeup touch up’s, booked makeup applications and dedicated time behind our retail counter to draw guests in for beauty consulting and advise with our makeup, skincare and homecare clean beauty brands.
