JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The Guest Service Agent will assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries while maintaining a welcoming environment.

SKILLS
