Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Perform night audit duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is desirable
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
