JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Greets guests as they arrive, focus on personal recognition. * Reviewing daily arrival lists to assist in preparing accommodations and assembling welcome amenities. * Acknowledging, appreciating and enrolling Hilton Honors members upon all interactions * Actively attending to messaging platforms and phone calls for guest inquiries. * Communicating with other departments as needed about requests that may affect the guest experience. * Keeping the front desk area clean and organized.  * Maintaining a positive attitude at the desk consistently to ensure a smooth guest experience. * Attending to guest needs and inquiries promptly. * Follow checklist when going through check in or check out with guest, always retrieving necessary identification documents and form of payment upon arrival.  * Reviewing group information before each shift to ensure positive group visits. * Perform various other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations  * In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations  * Minimum of High School education  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Basic computer skills  * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing  * Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members  * Excellent time management skills  The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment. This job description is only intended to provide a general description of the benefits and compensation applicable to this position.
