We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive experience for our guests from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in representing our hotel and ensuring guest satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
  • Experience in front desk operations or guest services is highly desirable.
  • Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this can enhance guest interactions.

  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Assist with guest relations by resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner while ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed about hotel policies, local attractions, and events to provide guests with relevant recommendations.
