KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
• Must have Smart Serve Certification
• Previous ticket-taking/ushering experience is an asset
• Must be able to stand for the duration of shift (typically 4-6 hours)
• Must be able to walk, climb stairs and navigate the venue
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills while being team-focused
