Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests and students warmly upon their arrival or inquiry. Handle incoming phone calls and provide accurate information about school programs and services. Support the scheduling and confirmation of appointments for beauty services. Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and appointments. Address guest concerns and feedback in a professional manner. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth operation. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Experience in guest service or customer-facing roles is desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with guests. Excellent organizational abilities and adeptness at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
