Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests and students in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding our educational programs and services. Schedule and confirm appointments for beauty treatments and consultations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service appointments. Address guest concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
