OVERVIEW

TownePlace Suites by Marriott is currently hiring for a Guest Service Representative to work at our NW/B8 location. This position is responsible for customer service, changing guests’ rooms, making reservations, providing information about the hotel, and keeping the lobby area clean and tidy. We are looking for an outgoing person who enjoys the customer service side of things and would like to be a part of a fun and upbeat team.
The ideal candidate will be available to work 7a-3p and 3p-11p shifts any day of the week. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Hotel experience preferred but not required.

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage phone calls using multi-line systems, providing information and support.
• Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest services and operations.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism throughout all interactions.

  Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
