Description

About this job

Task

At Center Parcs Europe, we believe in the power of togetherness and in creating unforgettable moments for our guests and for each other. We design places where you feel at home, can breathe deeply, and connect with what truly matters. This very feeling shapes our culture: collaborative, open, and full of opportunities for growth. Whether in our parks or at our headquarters, we are growing, becoming more digital, more authentic, and more sustainable – and we are looking for people who want to grow with us – in a culture where your ideas count, your work has an impact, and no two days are the same.

As part of our Guest Service Team, you will ensure the well-being and safety of our guests with heart and mind – day and night. You will combine a service-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility and will always be there when guests need support or a listening ear.

Your Daily Contribution

  • You will conduct patrols in the park, check safety equipment, and ensure order and security.
  • You conduct fire safety inspections and ensure the operational readiness of fire extinguishing equipment.
  • You warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure and are the main point of contact during the night.
  • You react quickly and professionally to malfunctions, emergencies or complaints and provide first aid.
  • You work closely with your colleagues, report safety deficiencies, and comply with all hygiene and safety regulations.

Profile

Does that sound like you?

  • You act responsibly, remaining calm and solution-oriented even in stressful situations.
  • You enjoy working with people, and you are service-oriented, a team player, and reliable.
  • You have good German skills, a Class B driver's license and ideally training or certification in the security service (certificate according to § 34a) as well as first aid knowledge.
  • Provided in cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency.
