Portico have an exciting opportunity working alongside one of our most prestigious clients, based at an iconic multi-occupied building in the city!
We are on the look out for a Fantastic Supervisor who is keen to go that extra mile to ensuing our Guest Service is delivered to the highest standards. This role requires the day-to-day Supervision of the FOH Space, to manage the welcome spaces ensuring it is always presentable, and occupiers and visitor needs are met, managing the daily rota to ensure all positions are covered throughout the shift, highlighting any gaps to your manager. This role is mobile, and you will spend over 95% of your day on your feet within the space – moving around, navigating and directing employees. It is essential that you can maintain this level of activity each day before you apply. And to ensure the client journey is always of a high standard, and a seamless transition from entry to occupier floor.
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 Hours per week
Salary: £40,685
Qualifications
Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience of supervising the delivery of outstanding service within a busy public space or fast-paced venue environment from any service background - reception experience is preferred but not essential. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, Previous experience leading a large team working in a customer service environment and Able to solicit feedback from the business with regards to service delivery.
