Citystay are recruiting for a Guest Service Supervisor to join the team. You will assist with ensuring that we are offering a “Best in class” service for our guests upon their departure and during their stay with us will work within the operations department.

The Role

• Co-ordinate and manage the arrival experience of the guests
• Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensure a high level of cleanliness is achieved on every clean
• Meet and Greet new guests
• Driving licence required, as they will have access to a Citystay van to travel with their team to the different apartment locations
• Small maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs, new shower heads, fresh batteries – training will be given

The Ideal Candidate

• Have strong organisational and logistical skills
• Experience within a housekeeping/cleaning role desired
• Customer service focused
