Avisford Park Hotel is located within 60 acres of grounds with 140 bedrooms, 15 meeting rooms and a fully equipped gym and leisure club and golf course for guests to enjoy, something for everyone.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
The Guest Service Team Leader will be responsible for supporting the Front Office operation and leading the team to ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues are trained and working safely at all times whilst delivering that exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. Fantastic organisation, communication, problem solving and being adaptable are attributes required in the role.
An eye for detail and for delivering memorable guest experiences for our guests make this a lovely role for someone who wants to have a real impact on our guest experience. The role is a hands-on role for someone who can lead a team to strive for excellence.
The Guest Service Team Leader will be an experienced Front Office operator with the drive and passion to develop, we will help you grow into a manager and develop skills and knowledge in Front Office and Housekeeping.
The role of Guest Service Team Leader will report to the Guest Service Manager and is ideal for someone who has strong demonstratable experience in Front Office.
