As our Guest Services Team Leader, you are the first and last person our guests call. Your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression each time.
As a Guest Services Team Leader you will receive:
- Salary: £13.04 per hour plus service charge

We are looking for a Guest Services Team Leader:
- Who has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
- Who will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
- Who plays a hands-on role leading by example, and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
- Who possesses a good command of English and excellent communication skills
- Who share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
- With previous experience as a Senior Switchboard Operator or Guest Services Host or Hotel Receptionist preferable
