The successful candidate will play a highly visible and important role in ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience. This position involves adeptly addressing and resolving guest issues while maintaining a proactive approach. Offering individualized attention, taking personal ownership, and fostering teamwork are key components in delivering outstanding guest service. Responsibilities: Offer individualized focus, assume personal accountability, and collaborate effectively to deliver exceptional guest service. Attentively listen, identify solutions, and ensure resolution when addressing guest concerns. Handle incoming customer reservations and process them efficiently. Constantly assess and adapt current practices to perform a task better, faster, or more efficiently. Ensure precision, comprehensiveness, and adherence to the utmost quality standards in all tasks. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Experience in delivering superior customer service and interaction, managing customer complaints and input with a professional and empathetic approach.
