JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our
team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming
and positive experience. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, managing
reservations, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional service at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency with computers and familiarity with reservation systems.
· Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· Ability to stand for extended periods.
· May require occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

· Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
· Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the hotel’s property
management system (PMS).
· Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
· Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs promptly and professionally.
· Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
· Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
· Process payments and post charges to guest accounts.
· Follow all standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
· Other tasks as required
