Located just minutes from Parramatta CBD, our hotel caters to a diverse mix of business and leisure travelers. As s a Guest Services Agent, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and assist late-arriving guests with check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel premises throughout the night.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in public areas as required.
• Set up and prepare areas for breakfast or early morning operations.
• Conduct end-of-day administrative tasks, including cash handling and report preparation.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
