Job Description As part of the Front Office team, the ideal candidate innately possesses exceptional customer service skills, is highly organized and has a passion for hospitality. Duties: Greets and registers guests; maintains guest accounts by posting charges/payments; assists in verifying/settling accounts at checkout or any time during guest stay; provides prompt and courteous service to meet high standards of service. Accurately completing the registration process for our guests from the start of their stay until the end to ensure a seamless guest experience. Assists guests’ inquiries/requests and respond with the appropriate response and/or action necessary.
