Position Title: Guest Services Agent
Schedule: As operations require, including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager and Supervisor(s) the Guest Services Agent will ensure an optimal guest experience through the highest quality of customer service. The Guest Services Agent promotes a positive image of the property to guests, and must be confident, friendly and able to address an array of guest inquiries, concerns and special requests.

QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Exemplary customer service, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well unsupervised and as part of a team at a fast pace while maintaining quality standards
  • Flexible schedule, highly responsible and reliable
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Proficient in English both verbally and in written work
  • Previous Guest/Customer Service experience required
Responsibilities
  • Provide 5-star customer service to all guests, with a warm and friendly disposition
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests to provide a personalized experience
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest emails in a prompt, professional, courteous manner
  • Reserve and assist guests with the booking process
  • Collect resort revenue by entering services and charges, computing bills and obtaining payments accurately
  • Promptly report any concerns or room deficiency matters to the maintenance department
  • Stay current on local attractions, events and amenities at the Resort and within the local communities
  • Ensure professional presentation of front and back offices at all times
  • Coordinate town runs, shopping and stocking of provisions
  • Work closely with the other departments to ensure optimal guest satisfaction
  • Comply with all Resort safety guidelines and be familiar with emergency procedures
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned
