The ideal candidate for these positions will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

You will demonstrate enthusiasm for guest experience with strong interpersonal communication with a high standard of personal presentation, and have a positive and mature approach to your work.

At Quest at Sydney Olympic Park, we are always on stage. Our Front Office team plays an important role in creating the experience our guests remember, particularly when they return from concerts, sporting events and other major moments at Sydney Olympic Park. We want people who understand that every interaction is an opportunity to make someone's day, create a moment that matters and make their stay effortless.

You will be required to have a flexible approach to your work schedule and will be available to work a rotating roster that may include mornings, weekends and public holidays.
