The Role: Host, Problem Solver, Storyteller As a Guest Experience Guide, you’ll blend front desk service with local insight and a sense of hospitality that goes beyond routine check-ins. You’ll welcome guests, help them discover Bend like a local, and make sure their stay is seamless and story-worthy—from arrival to departure.
