About the Role: The Guest Services and Operations role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional customer experience within the retail environment. This position focuses on managing daily operational activities while delivering outstanding service to guests, addressing their needs promptly and effectively. The role requires coordinating between various departments to maintain smooth store operations and uphold company standards. Success in this position results in increased customer satisfaction, repeat business, and a positive brand reputation. Ultimately, the role contributes directly to the overall efficiency and profitability of the retail location by balancing guest services with operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in customer service or retail operations. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. * Basic proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software. * Must be available to work weekends  Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in a supervisory or team lead role within retail. * Familiarity with  reporting tools. * Bilingual abilities to support diverse customer base. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly. * Manage daily market operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. * Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience. * Coordinate with associates, management, and other departments to support seamless store operations. * Monitor and report on market performance metrics, including customer feedback and operational challenges, to drive continuous improvement. Skills: The required skills such as communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for engaging effectively with customers and team members, ensuring clear and positive interactions. Proficiency with POS systems and inventory software supports accurate transaction processing and stock management, which are critical for daily operations. Problem-solving skills enable the candidate to address customer concerns and operational issues swiftly, maintaining a smooth store environment. Preferred skills like bilingual communication enhance service accessibility to a broader customer base, while supervisory experience aids in managing team dynamics and operational workflows.
