We have a great opportunity for an approachable, fun and engaging person to join our Guest Services team to assist with the day to day running of our Estate Accommodation which comprises of a 50-bedroom hotel, campsite and air BnB property. Daily responsibilities include processing accommodation bookings, checking guests in/out of their accommodation as well as welcoming all guests to the Dartington Estate.
This role would suit a dynamic and customer-oriented person. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Both weekday and weekend work will be required throughout the year as we are welcoming guests 364 days of the year (we close for Christmas Day). Our standard operating hours are 8am-8pm, with extended opening hours for special events.
