POSITION SUMMARY;

As a Guest Services Assistant, you will be helping out in Reception and Maintenance departments to help maintain the upkeep of the hotel. This can range from assisting maintenance with changing light bulbs in bedrooms to cleaning public areas of the hotel to standard reception duties including email, phone, reports and guest interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with general Reception duties to ensure guests are looked after
  • Cleaning public areas including guest corridors and toilets
  • Continually developing new knowledge and skills to ensure best practice service delivery
  • A thorough knowledge and consistent delivery of the company standard operating procedures in the department and a general knowledge of all standards within the hotel
  • Knowledge of the Accor product and the organisation
  • Ensure the department is always prepared for business communicating and cooperating with all colleagues in all departments
  • Ensuring a high standard of personal hygiene and personal presentation at all times
  • Work in a safe and tidy manner and to report any hazard, accident, loss or damage to management
  • Carry out any reasonable requests as required by a member of management including supporting in other areas of the hotel as required
