About the position: We’re seeking a Front Desk Associate who enjoys making our guests’ day exceptional. You will help cultivate our guests’ experience by: Providing a smooth check in and check out from their service(s) Scheduling appointments and managing guest flow throughout the day Assisting with retail recommendations and purchases Offer guest relaxation experiences, such as hand & arm massages. What we’re looking for: Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays. Typical shift is 8-hours.
