Overview $17.85 / hour This is a vacant position. Candidates must be minimum 18 years of age and be available to work full-time, up to 40 hours a week in order to be considered for employment. Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll provide guests with exceptional service when they visit the park. You’ll also Provide guests with information either over the phone, in person, or through email Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues/concerns promptly and effectively Assist guests in planning a memorable and enjoyable visit to the park Complete sales transactions including upgrades, redemptions and Group Sales Use of various computerized information and sales systems Collaborate with all departments to ensure each guest has the Best Day of the Year experience Assist the Admissions supervisory team with the operation and closing procedures Assist guests with the ride accommodations program and provide information regarding our RAP program Assist with other duties as required Some of our amazing perks and benefits: FREE Admission to Canada’s Wonderland and other parks!
