Location: 100% On-Site in Flatiron, NY Position Type: Hourly, Full Time Experience Level: Entry Level Compensation: starts at $20 per hour Overview The Guest Services Attendant plays a key role in maintaining a warm, professional, and polished environment for employees and visitors alike. This position blends elements of hospitality, light food and beverage preparation, and office upkeep—creating an experience more akin to a high-end hotel or private lounge than a traditional office. Key Responsibilities Hospitality & Service Prepare and serve light snacks, beverages, and other refreshments throughout the workday. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office and lounge environment that reflects five-star service standards. Greet guests and employees warmly, assisting with any immediate needs or requests to ensure a smooth, positive experience. Facilities & Organization Stock and restock office supplies, snacks, and other essentials as needed to keep all areas consistently ready and inviting. Support basic office tasks, including organizing common spaces, light administrative duties, and coordinating small office needs or deliveries. Assist in maintaining presentation standards for conference rooms, reception areas, and hospitality zones. Operations Support Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Identify opportunities to improve workplace flow, presentation, and efficiency. Follow direction from management to meet evolving daily priorities. Qualifications Previous experience in an office, coffee shop, hotel, or hospitality environment strongly preferred. Reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance. Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation. Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented with excellent communication skills. Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, and restock items up to ~15 lbs (snacks, beverages, supplies). Willingness to perform light cleaning and tidying of office and guest spaces. Adaptable and eager to uphold the company’s high hospitality and aesthetic standards.
