The Guest Services Attendant, reporting to Assistant Guest Services Manager, promotes positive customer relationships and assists with all queries relating to The Star Sydney car park through a courteous attitude and work efficiency.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our Front Office & Concierge team.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all cash handling procedures, and record all cheque, money and room charge transactions in the MICROS system in accordance with policy and procedure
  • Assist the Assistant Guest Services Manager to maintain daily reconciliation and accounting records, retail sales trends and reports, and provide performance reports as required
  • Complete carpark validation functions, program carpark vouchers and validate access cards
  • Advise your leader of any equipment faults to ensure minimum system downtime and report any customer requests for assistance such as vehicle breakdowns to Security staff
  • Check patrons’ coats, bags, umbrellas and other articles for temporary safekeeping
