Reports To: Lodge Manager
Location: Remote (shift work in Bella Coola or Chilcotin Plateau)
Schedule: 14-days on, 7-days off (approximately)
Compensation: Starts at $216 per day (10 hour day), plus gratuities
Terms: Seasonal, full time

Bella Coola Heli Sports operates in the glaciated wilderness of BC’s central coast. We provide world-class skiing in the winter and connect our guests with incredible wilderness adventures in the summer. We operate from three remote properties, one of which is in the Tatla Lake region of the Chilcotin and two which are in the Bella Coola valley. We boast the largest heli-skiing tenure of any operator in the world and our Himalayan-like mountains draw outdoor enthusiasts from around the world.

We are looking for hard working, hospitality enthusiasts to help us with creating a magical and memorable experience for our guests. Our Guest Services team does it all – serving, housekeeping, hosting, and essentially jumping into whatever task the day may bring. This is a physically active position, where teamwork and a willingness to help across all departments is a must.

  • Provide warm, approachable, and professional guest service throughout all interactions.
  • Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to fulfill them.
  • Creative freedom is given on little projects such as welcoming guests from their afternoon/all day activities (making up fun drinks, themes/decor)
