Pittwater RSL is seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services – Concierge to join our Front of House team in this casual role.

As the Director of First Impressions, you’ll be the welcoming face of our Club – greeting members and guests, assisting with enquiries, and promoting everything our Club has to offer. If you love connecting with people and enjoy delivering outstanding customer service, this is the role for you!About the Role:

  • Greet and assist members and guests as they arrive and depart the Club
  • Answer phone calls and enquiries in a helpful, professional manner
  • Promote Club membership, rewards programs, and current promotions
  • Check member cards and guest ID as required
  • Stay informed about all Club events, activities and shows
  • Assist with bookings and seating using our ticketing system
  • Communicate feedback and issues to the Customer Service Manager on duty

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining great service
  • Confident using computers and handling multiple tasks at once
  • Reliable team player with a professional, positive attitude

Requirements:

  • Current NSW RSA & RCG competency card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Availability across a flexible roster, including weekends, nights, and public holidays
