What You'll Be Doing Looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in Wake County? Join our team as a Guest Services Coordinator! The Emergency Program offered at the South Wilmington Street Center, provides more intense services through the Progressive Housing Program. These men are provided with support either through group interaction or individual one-on-one support from a Social Worker to assist them in obtaining self-sufficiency. These men are guaranteed a bed each day as they progress toward their goals and permanent housing. These men are also provided with 3 meals daily, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hygiene kits, a shower and laundry access, as well as outreach and engagement services from our staff. The Guest Services Coordinator - South Wilmington Street Center is an intermediary between the Intake Services Team Leader and the Shift Supervisors. This position serves as a shift supervisor on designated or floating shifts as well as assisting the Team Leader with intake operations. The Lead Shift Supervisor assists Shift Supervisors as needed with personnel issues and staff coaching, supervises facility operations in absence of Team Leader and provides communicate with the Team Leader and/or Administrator as necessary in emergencies or when deviation from standard procedures is needed. Essential Functions: Supervise five Shift Supervisors (with one on duty at all times), provide weekly clinical supervision, support Intake Services staff and oversee building operations Interview, hire and train new staff; complete onboarding tasks and create New Hire Plans; coach staff weekly; and lead shift exchange meetings Develop annual work plans, Staff Development Plans and performance reviews NOTE: Work Schedule - Shift Hours : Fri - Mon 7:00 pm - 5:45 am.
