Description Duties include scheduling appointments, answering phones, checking guests in and out for salon services, assisting with retail sales, and legendary customer service. This will be a part-time position with a starting hourly wage of $13.00 hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Requirements Job Qualifications: • Strong customer service skills and positive guest relations • Strong communication skills • Friendly, upbeat, and professional with guests and students • Passion and interest in the beauty industry • Takes pride in personal presentation • Strong attention to detail • Ability to stand and walk for a long period of time • Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English • Ability to use all general office equipment, including a computer Essential Functions: • Regular, reliable attendance • Always look the part of a beauty professional: hair styled, makeup applied (if applicable), stylish clothing. Represent the Academy in a professional, stylish manner. • Support a dynamic, upbeat, enthusiastic atmosphere where learning is fun and all students are supported equally. • Learn and follow through with the stated Mission, Vision, Core Values and Strategic Vision of Eric Fisher Academy, in accordance with the policies as stated in the Student Catalog, and in compliance with Federal, State, and Local government regulations. • Open honest communication with an upbeat, positive attitude • Maintain high standards for the Academy • Follow State Board of Cosmetology Rules and Regulations • Maintain a professional rapport with EFA students • Be a team player Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of standing and walking • Ability to lift and extend arms at shoulder level
