As a premier sports and fitness center in Bee Cave, we’re seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to join us as a part-time Guest Services Coordinator role. Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong people skills are a must. Requirements What You’ll Do: Deliver a welcoming, professional experience for members, guests, and visitors Provide accurate information about programs, schedules, and facility operations Monitor visitor access and maintain awareness of facility security Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls or messages as needed Assist with daily facility tasks, including cleaning, laundry, opening/closing duties, and shift checklists Support event and program setup and breakdown Receive and organize mail and deliveries Collaborate with team to support overall facility needs And more… What Makes You a Great Fit: Availability to work Monday-Thursday shifts from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm and Friday-Sunday shifts from 8 am - 2 pm At least 6 months of experience in a reception, retail, or customer service role Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software A friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Competitive pay: $13 - $16.75 per hour Holiday premium pay (time and a half for designated holidays worked) Complimentary membership to HCI Sports & Fitness Opportunities for growth and advancement A fun, supportive work environment within an active, community-focused organization
