JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. Our Guest Services team takes care of our golf cart fleet and helps guests get their golf clubs onto the carts and provide directions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A drivers license
• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  Contract length: 2 months
  Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
