Working at Rhythm is more than a job, it's an experience you will have forever. The Role As a Rhythm Driver, you are often the first and last point of contact for our guests. You are expected to maintain our high level of customer service while safely driving our guests to and from their accommodation to collect rental equipment. You will also assist in the transportation of stock between Rhythm storage facilities and Rhythm operated stores. Key Responsibilities and Duties Safely transport customers and staff between their accommodation and Rhythm stores. Deliver friendly, professional service — stoking out guests and making their day. Drive efficiently and follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols. Pick up rental equipment from customer accommodations as required. Maintain clean, de-iced, and fueled vehicles, reporting any damage or maintenance issues. Ensure vehicles are fueled and ready for morning operations. Store and charge all driver equipment (e.g., iPads, phones, scanners) at the end of each shift. Assist with stock transfers between Rhythm storage facilities and stores. Clear snow and ice around store entrances and pathways daily. Collaborate with other departments and support where needed to ensure smooth operations. What You Need to Succeed A valid driver’s license and confidence driving in winter conditions. Strong customer service skills and a positive, proactive attitude. Reliable, safety-minded, and calm under pressure. Basic tech proficiency (e.g., using apps, tablets, or scanners). Good communication and teamwork — you're happy to help wherever needed. Ability to manage your time independently and stay organized on shift. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
